Covid-19 Policy

Adventures in STEM Covid-19 Policy We will follow all guidelines set out by the Davis County Health Department and NDPA. If your child is sick, please keep them home. If your child was sick enough to not come to school, they will need to stay home and not attend the afterschool activity.

All children will be asked to put on hand sanitizer before entering the classroom for afterschool STEM. If your child is coughing or showing signs of illness they will kindly be provided a mask and asked to please wear it for the 1 hour of afterschool STEM. They will not be forced to wear a mask, but kindly encouraged. If we have a breakout of Covid-19 in afterschool STEM we will be shut down and will not be able to hold classes. PLEASE help us keep everyone healthy!

All materials and tables will be sanitized at the conclusion of each day.

Absence Policy
Afterschool STEM is a six week program with hands-on activities. It is not possible for us to send home the activities we do each week. If your child is quarantined because of Covid 19. A STEM bag can be sent home with an alternate activity. Your child will be eligible for 1 take home STEM bag. This will only be provided if we are notified through the school that your child is on quarantine because of Covid 19. Unfortunately, I cannot provide STEM bags for a normal absence, please try to have your child come each week if possible.

Refund Policy
Refunds will not be issued unless the school is shut down. If for some reason the school is shut down you may request a refund, minus a $10 registration fee and $5 for each day we have already had classes. For example if the school is shut down and we have already held 2 classes you would be eligible for a refund of $20. You would be able to request a refund by contacting
